Refund policy

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Pre-Paid return shipping labels will be provided for all Canadian and US returns or exchanges. International shoppers must pay for their return shipping, to be eligible for a return or exchange.

When processing a refund on a returned item, the product price and sales tax will be returned back to you. The original shipping fee that was paid to send the product to you will not be refunded. There is a flat fee of $10 for shipping which is included in all the prices. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and then request a return for the first item. Please see eligibility requirements for returns, above. If you choose to do an exchange, the new item(s) are no longer eligible for a return/exchange. 


Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the product price and taxes on your original payment method. The original shipping fee to send the product to you, won't be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
