Refund policy

Items on SALE for black Friday and cyber Monday are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

I have a 15-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange on all items full priced items. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If you opt for an exchange instead of a return, you will no longer be eligible for a return on that order. 

To start a return/exchange, you can contact me at nabee@nunchucknabee.com. If you are located in Canada or the USA, I'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you are an international shopper, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and then request a return for the first item. Please see eligibility requirements for returns, above. 


Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
